The Mystery Lights are back on tour in Europe, this time with UK dates supported by pals SLEAZE including a sold-out London show December 5th. The band's follow-up to Follow Me Home is in-process at Daptone's House of Soul studio, with a release date of mid-2018 slated.
COTILLON are Heading On First-Ever European Tour!
Cotillion brings his latest LP and “grander, psych-rock indebted composition” (the 405) ’The Afternoons’ to Europe on his first-ever European tour. CALVIN LOVE Makes It Big In China
Calvin Love brought the “lush, buoyant pop compositions” (Consequence of Sound) of his 2017 ‘ECDYSIS’ EP to a live setting spanning several dates across China, which included headlining the Young Blood stage at Shanghai’s Strawberry Festival. HYUKOH Sells Out North American Tour Including Irving Plaza (NYC) & The Mayan (LA)
Riding on the unprecedented success of South Korean #1 single “Comes and Goes," HYUKOH’s vintage dream pop sound sold out nearly every market on their first-ever North American tour, which included dates at NYC’s Irving Plaza, Boston’s Middle East, and the Mayan in Los Angeles. MODERN SKY FESTIVALS Sold-Out in NYC And LA!
Modern Sky Festival 2017 proved it has staying power in the USA, selling out 5500k+ venues in both its fourth NYC edition and the landmark debut of the festival in LA. The festival offered a sampling of Modern Sky’s artist roster and other asian sensations, where Edison Chen, XTX, Ma Di 马頔, A Si 阿肆, 혁오 HYUKOH, Re-TROS, 红花会 HHH, 9m88, Calvin Love, The Molochs, Cotillon, and Brian Hill and The Noh Starrs offered an innovative blend of Eastern and Western musical influences, playing highly anticipated sets. CALVIN LOVE Returns From Tour Supporting Sean Nicholas Savage
Calvin Love completed a successful European tour with Sean Nicolas Savage this July. He is now gearing up for his upcoming China tour in August. Upon his return, Love will headline the Seaport Summer 17 Music Series curated by Modern Sky USA.
COTILLON Tours Europe This Fall
Cotillon debuted their video for "Black Sea," a "raw and nostalgic... blend of coastal sounds and crooning vocals" (Office Magazine). Co-directed by Sandy Kim, Brian Lee Hughes, and edited by Palmtrees, the video stars L.A. artist Ariana Papademetropoulos. "The homespun video they have created... is a wistful collaboration that traverses through many mediums," praised Office Magazine. The Mystery Lights are heading back from Europe where they performed at Bukta Festival in Norway, and Zanne Festival in Italy last weekend!
